Rules:  

• No help, support, pacers allowed.
• No food, water or aid given outside the CP's
• Stop and assist any injured participants.
• ​Lantau Base Camp  has a 'NO CUPS Policy'.  You will need to have a bottle or water bladder with you when at the check points to get water
• Transfer is allowed through [email protected] (fee: HK$100)
• No refund

Mandatory items:

• Mobile phone
• Octopus Card/Cash  

Also Recommended:

• Trail Running Shoes
• Hat or bandana but keep your head cool
• gels, bars, snacks - some food to keep you going​
• Freeze your water, it will be hot!
  
• Positive attitude!
